<p>IDK if I'm doing something wrong, but I can't patch ips files to roms. Whether "soft" or "hard" patching, neither will change anything. Anybody help!

<p>Yes, as indicated by the "hard patching", I have downloaded LunarIPS and have patched it, but it still doesn't work. I even tried opening the ips file with the software itself. And I did download NSRT for making a header, but it's kinda confusing and even when I headered the rom, I don't think it worked.

<p>UGH. It's still not working! Does it just depend on the kind of computer? Also is there a place that I can download PREPATCHED roms??
